GoTaq® G2 Hot Start Polymerase (5u/µl)              0.25µl                                        1.25u

Nuclease-Free Water to 50µl

 

Recommended cycling conditions:

1. initial 2 minute denaturation at 94oC
2. following denaturation steps for 15 seconds - 1 minute
3. Annealing 15 seconds - 1 minute
4. Extension of 1 minute per kb at 72oC with a final extension of 5 minutes
